You'll get a quick safety walkthrough at pickup covering controls, speed settings, and local riding rules, and our team is available throughout your rental period if you need any support.
No prior experience is required. Our scooters are beginner-friendly and our team will walk you through everything at pickup, including how to control speed, brake safely, and navigate the most popular local routes.
Normal wear is covered. Damage beyond everyday use, including collision damage, scratches from falls, or damage from restricted terrain, is the renter's responsibility. We recommend reviewing the damage waiver option when booking.
