Enjoy a simple and flexible E-Bike rental designed for easy island exploring. Ride at your own pace, visit local spots, and enjoy a smooth way to get around Isle of Palms during your rental period.
Your rental includes a ready-to-ride electric bike, basic riding guidance, and pickup support at the rental location. Each bike is prepared for a smooth island ride, making it easy to cruise around local streets, beach areas, and nearby attractions. Rentals must be picked up at 1202 Palm Blvd. IOP, SC 29451 at your selected time and returned at the end of the rental by that same time on the last day.
All cancellations must be made outside of 48 hours from the rental start time. Cancelling within 12 hours of the rental start time will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Cancelling the same day will incur a $20 cancellation fee. The ticket service charge is a third party, non-refundable fee.
No prior experience is needed. If you can ride a regular bicycle, you can ride one of ours. Our team will walk you through the power settings and pedal assist levels at pickup so you feel completely comfortable before heading out.
Normal wear is covered. Damage beyond everyday use, including collision damage, bent frames, or damage from riding on restricted terrain, is the renter's responsibility. We recommend reviewing the damage waiver option when booking.
No mileage caps apply. You are free to ride as much as you'd like during your rental period within permitted areas. For longer rides, we recommend starting with a full charge and planning a turnaround point based on your battery level.
